Crisis Response Workshop

Crisis Prevention Assessment

Need some help assessing your organization and preparing for the unexpected? Studies show that the best way to handle crises is to prevent them! Together we can help build a custom plan for your organization.

  • Over the course of 6 weeks, I’ll help you:

    1. Assess your organization’s current strengths, opportunities, and weaknesses as they relate to crisis prevention & response

    2. Understand they key characteristics needed for nonprofit success

    3. Build a custom crisis prevention plan

    4. Train your leadership team to prevent, spot, and address crisis situations

Strategy Development & Strategic Planning

Need some help assessing an upcoming opportunity or possible change? Feel like you’re stuck in a plateau? Is your organization struggling to understand how effectively it’s addressing community needs & challenges? It’s probably time to invest in some strategic development!

  • Pricing for this service will depend the organization’s current setup and what you’re looking for (projects typically range from 10-40 hours of work). I’m happy to do a free consultation with you to assess how much time your project will take.

Board Literacy Training

Pricing for consulting is on a sliding scale based on organization size starting at $50 an hour. If your organization can’t afford any of these options, please reach out. I am happy to help source a donor, apply for grant dollars to fund consultant help, or build a custom solution that works for you!
